    Summary

    We are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing for The Freeman Company parent company, responsible for shaping and elevating the parent company’s brand presence, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across channels. This leader oversees brand strategy as well as the development and nurturing of The Freeman Company identity designed to build awareness, strengthen reputation, and drive growth. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and institutional knowledge of The Freeman Company portfolio of brands, with effective cross-functional partnership with digital/social, communications, marketing and sales teams to deliver cohesive and high impact results. This role serves as a key member of the Marketing leadership team, and is the primary liaison TFC portfolio brands’ marketing teams.

     

    This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that strengthens awareness, engagement and market distinction of the TFC parent company, particularly with distinction from the Freeman line of business

    + Lead brand positioning, messaging and visual identity integration across all internal and external channels

    + Oversee integrated marketing strategies from concept to executing that reinforce the TFC brand positioning, ensuring alignment with overall business and growth objectives

    + Partner with creative, content, Events, social and PR teams to deliver cohesive storytelling that resonates with industry audiences

    + Use consumer insights, market research and performance analytics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns, as well as to establish benchmarks for growth

    + Lead agency relationships as needed as well as vendor partnerships

    + Inspire, coach and develop a high performing team

    + Monitor trends and competitive activity to identity new opportunities for growth or enhancements to overall parent company narrative

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited college or university with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is required

    + 10+ year’s experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related disciplines

    + Experience leading high performing teams or peers

    + Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

    + Strong background in creative direction, campaign management and storytelling

    + Proficiency in using marketing analytics, research and data to inform strategic decisions

    + Experience managing budgets as well as agency or vendor partners

    + Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to drive results

    + Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate to and influence executive stakeholders

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic priorities

    + Strategic thinker with strong sense of brand purpose and market positioning

    + Inspiring leader who fosters collaboration and creativity

    + Innovative mindset, with continuous push for new ways to elevate brand impact

    Travel Requirements
