    Atlantic Health is Seeking a Workforce Strategy Manager to Join the HR Team

You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and change catalyst, partnering with business leadership, HR leadership, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and execute workforce strategies that fuel Atlantic Health’s continued success.

     

    Key projects include organizational design, workforce planning, staffing models, and initiatives that strengthen the Human Experience (HX) and Patient Experience (PX) connection.

     

    You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Finance, Payroll, ISS, and Communications—to build strong relationships, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results.

     

    The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement, with proven success as a Senior HR Business Partner• Sees the big picture and can utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, optimize programs, and inform strategic decisions.

    PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITES

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities to accelerate performance and growth.

    • Co-create strategic HR initiatives with senior leadership that directly advance organizational goals and future readiness.

    • Lead transformative projects in workforce planning, staffing models, and organizational design to enable agility and scalability.

    • Develop and deploy intervention frameworks (root cause, gap, impact, process improvement, SWOT) that deliver actionable insights and sustainable change.

    • Partner with PX teams to design strategies that elevate both employee and patient experiences, creating a culture of care and engagement.

    • Collaborate with Talent Management to craft leadership programs that strengthen managerial capability and ensure succession pipelines.

    • Guide cultural transformation and organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee engagement.

    • Drive system-wide talent assessments, succession planning, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

    • Champion compliance and ethical standards while modernizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability.

    • Lead HR integration projects and expansion initiatives.

    • Assess leadership effectiveness and provide structured coaching to build capability and resilience across the organization.

    + Consulting & Coaching – Provides expert guidance, facilitates discussions, and coaches leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    + Drives Results – Leads and executes HR initiatives with accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.

    + Industry Knowledge – Experience in healthcare preferred. Understands healthcare operations and regulatory requirements to tailor HR strategies for optimal impact.

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred)

    2. 7 years of progressive Human Resource experience with at least 3 years in a Sr. HRBP or HR leadership role.

    3. HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
