Position Overview
International Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Trades and Logistics to join our growing team!
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the overall logistics and trades budget while managing the tactical, day-to-day activities of your direct reports. You will play a critical role in forecasting logistics spend and trade inspection costs, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the goals of our Used Truck Organization (UTO).
This position is ideal for a strategic and analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving process improvement, cost control, and team performance.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the overall logistics and trades budget, along with the daily operational activities of direct reports.
+ Monitor vendor performance and key metrics daily, including oversight of RBIS and Truck Movers.
+ Develop monthly analysis and executive summaries for the trades and logistics functions within the UTO.
+ Create forecasts for logistics spent based on trade receipts, and trade inspection spend based on estimated trade receipts.
+ Directly manage the Active Storage program and relationships with storage vendors, including repair approvals, purchase order issuance, and part ordering.
+ Conduct monthly reconciliations for active storage repairs and storage invoicing to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 8 years sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience
+ At least 2 years of management experience

+ Master’s degree
+ At least 6 years of sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience
+ At least 2 years of management experience
OR
+ At least 10 years of sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience
+ At least 2 years of management experience
