We have a great opportunity for a Lead Strategy Consultant.
In this new position the individual will act as an internal consultant within the organization on a variety of projects and initiatives. We are looking for a data driven critical thinker who can make educated and appropriate assumptions when data is lacking.
The position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and report into our Vice President, Corporate Strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Provide guidance and governance for programs and projects that span the enterprise (this includes conducting strategy workshops, content development support, developing standards and best practices, monitoring progress, and driving projects forward)
+ Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives
+ Build credibility and rapport with the stakeholders at multiple levels
+ Identify process efficiencies by analyzing, re-engineering, and improving business processes across work streams within the organization
+ Support the Vice President, Corporate Strategy with comprehensive corporate strategic planning aligned with the company’s long term goals and objectives
+ Assisting with additional projects and activities as determined
+ Lead and conduct analysis to:
+ Identify trends
+ Characterize operational situations and financial implications
+ Develop hypotheses and recommendations
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 9 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
+ At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
+ At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
+ At least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
+ At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
