    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments

    + Familiarity with product lifecycle management and launch strategies

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or product launches

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    + Proficiency in project management tools and software

    Position Overview

    As Program Launch Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, engineering, and product development. You will develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, while conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Your role will include monitoring launch progress, facilitating stakeholder communication, and evaluating outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
