    Epic AMS Lead

    HTC Global Services is expanding our Epic Healthcare Services practice — and we’re looking for an Epic Applications Manager (AMS Lead) to help lead the charge. This is a strategic leadership and SME role, serving as the right hand to the Vice President of Clinical AMS (EHR Practice Head) and guiding a small but powerful team of Epic experts. You’ll drive the vision, structure, and delivery model that powers HTC’s Epic Application Managed Services (AMS) offering — ensuring excellence in implementation, optimization, and long-term client success.

    What You’ll Do

    • Act as HTC’s Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) — advising clients and internal teams on Epic strategy, roadmap, and optimization. • Partner directly with executive leadership to align Epic capabilities with business growth (new facilities, service lines, acquisitions). • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to our Epic AMS team, driving delivery quality, governance, and innovation. • Lead strategic Epic initiatives — from RFP participation and solution design to execution and long-term AMS model maturity. • Oversee system upgrades, change management, and proactive issue resolution to ensure operational stability. • Shape talent strategy: recruit, develop, and retain top Epic professionals. • Represent HTC in client discussions as a trusted technical and strategic p

    What You’ll Bring

    • Strong history of success with Epic experience, with prior experience in a leadership or mentoring or AMS management role. • Active Epic certification(s) (multiple module certifications strongly preferred). • Deep knowledge of Epic methodologies, governance, and the full Epic product catalog. • Proven success leading Epic AMS, optimization, or multi-entity support programs. • Experience advising healthcare systems, consulting firms, or Epic Systems directly. • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and client-facing skills. • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s preferred. ITIL, PMP, or Epic TS certification a plus.
