**Primary Location:** United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo

As a **Production Specialist - Cycle Count** employee with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will:

Perform warehousing and inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct inventory audits and provide escalations of discrepancies to team members.

Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:

+ Provide initial investigation and feedback to Inventory Analysts for further review as needed.

+ Ensure timely processing of reels and daily cycle counts at all locations.

+ Conduct bin, last time buy and Kanban audits and report issues to Inventory Analysts/Material Coordinators.

+ Manage space allocation in vertical storage units (Kardex).

+ Process return jobs from SMT Lines.

+ Process reels through ‘Reel aMounts’ and count as needed.

+ Manage restock as needed and input material return information into returns tracker.

+ Assist with last time buy prepping activities.

+ Support FIFO inventory procedures.

_This is a first shift position._

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Must have at least one of the following:

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.

+ National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)

+ At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience

+ Capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers, and processing numbers by adding and subtracting.

+ Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

+ Ability and willingness to work potential overtime (including weekends).

+ Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance.

+ Prior experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.
