Pay rate based on experience: $50 per hour

Contract role for 6 months

What’s a typical day as a Sourcer? You’ll be:

• Proactively sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques, including Boolean search on resume databases, social media, LinkedIn, and industry directories.

• Conducting thorough candidate prescreening and facilitating presentations to hiring managers and the recruiting team while maintaining data accuracy and integrity across various Talent Acquisition platforms.

• Nurturing professional pipelines by keeping talent engaged and informed about available opportunities as roles are posted.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have **5-10 years of dedicated sourcing** or executive sourcing experience (not full-cycle recruitment) in a competitive, fast-paced environment. **(required)**

• Possess proactive recruiting and sourcing experience, including leading project sourcing strategies and **talent mapping projects** . (required)

• Are skilled in leveraging technology to support sourcing and candidate management.

• Hold **a bachelor’s degree** . **(required)**
