General Summary
Works with System resources to ensure organizational awareness, providing essential administrative, data management, and project coordination support for the quality and improvement programs and goals of the organization. Provides project support for selected planning and operational implementation of quality initiatives. Assists in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting tasks related to quality initiatives and reporting. Covers all responsibilities for peers in their absence.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
+ Provides project oversight, including planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, change management, time management, interpersonal leadership skills, and project control.
+ Completes data entry, report formatting, and document management for quality and performance improvement activities
+ Maintains shared files, logs, and tracking tools related to performance measures and project timelines.
+ Utilizing a prioritization and alignment method and tool, prepares measures and related results for review by the appropriate multidisciplinary team in order to assign recommendations for leadership decision making.
+ Supports communication and engagement efforts by preparing and distributing quality-related communications to staff.
+ Works independently to complete assigned tasks in timely manner.
+ Conducts quality audits to identify errors, deviations from standard procedures, and opportunities for improvement
+ Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.
+ Completes data entry from electronic health record into multiple systems, as appropriate.

+ Continuously assesses and improves the System performance. Maintains appropriate quality control/assessment programs (if applicable).
+ Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
+ Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
+ Prepares reports for meetings, as appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Associates Degree In business or healthcare related field. Required
Work Experience:
+ Less than 1 year Experience in business, healthcare, data/analytics, etc. Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Proven outstanding interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to function as a team player.
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrates initiative in new approaches.
+ Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers/organizational departments.
