    Job Summary

    The Lead Mail/Print Associate is responsible for operating, maintaining, and overseeing high-volume reprographic and finishing equipment to ensure all client print orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise in digital printing and finishing, and the ability to manage multiple production priorities simultaneously. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for print operations, providing training, guidance, and superior customer service while ensuring all work meets or exceeds client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain high-volume reprographic, digital print, and finishing equipment, ensuring all client orders are produced accurately and delivered on time.

    + Perform all phases of print production including copying, printing, finishing, binding, laminating, and packaging.

    + Prioritize and manage the daily production workflow to meet deadlines and client requirements.

    + Review client job specifications from submission through completion to ensure accuracy, quality, and satisfaction.

    + Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and stakeholders regarding job status, production timelines, and potential issues.

    + Ensure all work adheres to client standards, maintaining a high level of quality control throughout production.

    + Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all print and finishing services, providing technical guidance to team members.

    + Track copier and print usage, maintaining accurate production and equipment logs.

    + Train, coach, and oversee Print Specialists or other team members in day-to-day operations.

    + Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials to support uninterrupted workflow.

    + Provide exceptional customer service at all times, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 3–4 years of experience operating and maintaining reprographic/finishing equipment and print production platforms.

    + 2–3 years of experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

    + Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of digital print processes, finishing techniques, and workflow management.

    + Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    + Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.

    + Demonstrated customer service excellence and professionalism.

    + Ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.

    + Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.

    + Maintains confidentiality while handling sensitive or proprietary materials.

    + Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence.

    + Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds or more.

    + Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods as required.
