    What You'll Be Doing

    + Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America for assigned category.

    + Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance

    + Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability.

    + Support procurement systems and tools, including SAP and Ariba, to enhance efficiency

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field.

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, or construction environments.

    + Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred.

    + Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects

    + Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement

    + Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module), Microsoft Office applications, and Ariba platforms

    + Commitment to ethical sourcing and continuous improvement

    Work Environment

    This role is based in our Irving, TX office and may require occasional travel. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across North America.
