Clean Harbors is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused **Asset Manager** to oversee the lifecycle of a specialized group of service assets ( **parts washers** , **lube tanks** , **DIY tanks** , and **OFR units)** . In this critical role, you will manage the full asset lifecycle—from deployment and utilization to preventative maintenance and final disposition—ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
You will also play a key role in optimizing service operations by managing asset data integrity in Oracle, training branch personnel, and coordinating repair assignments with field technicians.

+ Manage the full lifecycle of assigned assets, including deployment, utilization, preventative maintenance, and end-of-life disposal.
+ Maximize **Asset Utilization** and **Uptime** of all the assets in the network.
+ Analyze repair orders and efficiently dispatch **Equipment Repair Specialists (ERS)** based on routing logic, asset location, and regional priorities.
+ Provide training to branch teams on accurate transaction processing that impacts asset management and Oracle inventory data.
+ Ensuring data accuracy and transaction consistency across systems while monitoring ServiceNow tickets by the branches.
+ Ensure proper synchronization between **machine data** and **service invoicing** for seamless operations and billing accuracy while clearing close order errors.
+ Experience in asset or equipment lifecycle management, preferably in a service-based or industrial environment.
+ Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Oracle or other asset management/ERP systems.
+ Ability to train and communicate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
+ Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and resource planning is a plus.
