    Bearon Manufacturing, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, is looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our growing team in Landisville, PA! In this role, you'll operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to produce high-quality precision metal components that meet exacting specifications. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can spot machining issues, make the right adjustments, and take pride in producing top-tier work.     • What You'll Do

    + Set up, operate, and monitor Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to meet production goals and quality standards.

    + Inspect parts to ensure accuracy to customer and drawing specifications.

    + Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.

    + Accurately document production runs, part counts, and quality data.

    + Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement process improvements.

    What We're Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred.

    + Minimum of 3 years of CNC Lathe or Swiss-turn experience required.

    + Mastercam programming experience a plus.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

    + Proficiency with hand tools, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.

    + Organized and capable of running multiple machines or lights-out production.
