About the Role:
BOE Property Management Global Finance Director, reporting into the BOE Local & PM CFO with a matrix reporting line into the BOE PM CEO. This role has overall responsibility for financial governance & stewardship, strategic and commercial inputs and global liaison with regard to Finance in BOE Property Management. Key accountabilities include financial reporting, investors financial reporting, risk management and compliance, treasury, legal, tax, and information technology applications. The successful employee will be responsible for developing a vision and formulating a strategic policy for BOE Property Management.
What You’ll Do:
+ CBRE BOE PM Executive, acting as strategic partner to BOE PM CEO / COO and BOE Local & PM CFO.
+ Supports investment decisions, business growth and profit improvement opportunities.
+ Lead Financial Review meetings with the Business, identifying operational & financial risk & developing strategies to mitigate.
+ Review corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting information focusing on challenging assumptions, ensuring quality and consistency.
+ Full support for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting & analytics– including external market orientated commentary.
+ **Working closely with FP&A teams to derive insights and develop models and to deliver Plan outputs.**
+ **Support BOE Local & PM CFO in the transformational activity to fully establish a globally aligned PM target operating model that is no longer reliant on CBRE Advisory segment.**
+ **Drive implementation of BOE Finance (and wider) Finance Target Operating Model.**
+ **Optimally leverage offshoring and outsourcing capabilities.**
+ **Partner closely with key segment / functional executives and Controllership group.**
+ **Maintain and support control environment appropriate to the business – incorporating SOX requirements.**
+ **Approval of critical investments & business cases in accordance with Global DOA.**
+ **Member of Global Pricing Committee approving deals in accordance with approval matrix.**
+ **Sponsor/steerco member for critical BOE projects.**
+ **Proven leader who builds, develops, mentors and motivates a team through leadership and by example.**
+ **Provide all necessary support to M&A decision making.**
+ **Encourage culture of change and innovation in Finance.**
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Leads a robust finance team, across multiple remote geographies.
+ Ensures constant team development with an eye towards progression and retention.
+ Responsible for all aspects of HR in regard to department including: hiring, termination (when necessary), compensation, and performance evaluation.
+ In conjunction with BOE PM global Executive Leadership, set vision and strategy for PM & support growth objectives.

+ Bachelor's degree, with a relevant, recognized professional qualification and 10 years + PQE.
+ Outstanding financial competencies and experience including good awareness of SOX and US GAAP
+ International exposure, particularly useful in managing remote teams in EMEA and APAC. Deep knowledge of BOE business and processes ideal.
+ Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
+ Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates.
+ Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
+ Develops and implements financial policies and procedures.
+ Approves and oversees department budget.
+ Broad, in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), concepts.
+ Influencing skills appropriate to an executive role in a global organization in a matrix structure. Demonstrated leadership skills, both functionally within finance and across multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Ability to build, develop, mentor and motivate a team through leadership and by example.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Global Finance Director position is $230,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Finance Director position is $250,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
