About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a Senior Property Manager to support a high-profile financial client at a single high-rise property in San Francisco. This is a fully onsite role, requiring daily presence—often early mornings—to oversee active construction projects and ensure alignment with client priorities.
This individual will act as the client’s representative in all property-related matters, working closely with the landlord and property management on project timelines, service delivery, and operational standards. The role requires regular engagement with senior client leadership and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to property management.
We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a well-rounded background that combines facilities management, project oversight, and workplace experience. The ideal candidate will understand how to manage building operations while also supporting the client’s culture, employee experience, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary onsite representative for the client, managing day-to-day property operations and ensuring alignment with client goals.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with the landlord's property management team, holding them accountable for project execution, service quality, and adherence to timelines.
+ Actively engage with senior client leadership to communicate updates, resolve issues, and support strategic initiatives.
+ Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and timely completion.
+ Assist with managing property budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis in coordination with client expectations.
+ Respond promptly to tenant and client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational excellence.
+ Coordinate legal notices and recommend legal action when necessary.
+ May monitor CAM charges to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant property management experience required. Equivalent experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience managing high-rise commercial properties.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to manage construction projects and hold third parties accountable.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
