    Your Role...

     

    As the Project Director, PMO, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic projects that align with ReSource Pro's strategy house. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff/Head of the PMO, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to VP and SVP-level stakeholders. The Project Director will manage the annual planning process across our Strategy, Finance, and Talent Organizations. In addition, the Project Director will be responsible for tracking progress across all Strategy Pillars in our newly rolled out strategy management platform.

    All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

     

    In This Role, You Will...

     

    + Lead the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional projects that support annual business goals and transformation initiatives

    + Ensure that project deliverables are executed effectively and contribute to improved service delivery and competitive positioning; Establish baseline measurements for success and oversee ongoing progress against targets

    + Partner with senior business leaders (VP/SVP) to shape program objectives, ensure executive alignment, and drive strategic decision-making; Provide thought leadership in program scoping, business case development, and prioritization of strategic initiatives

    + Coordinate cross-functional, multi-geo project teams; Manage vendors and third-party integrations as necessary

    + Monitor and report on enterprise-level KPIs and strategic success metrics tied to executive goals and corporate performance targets

    + Champion and enhance enterprise PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards to ensure consistent execution and visibility; Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive consistency and quality across projects

    + Lead regular executive reviews, project health checks, and strategic initiative reporting with a focus on KPIs, value delivery, and alignment to strategic outcomes

    + Maintain the PMO function's core management platform and oversee the development and ongoing refinement of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics in collaboration with Business Intelligence

    + Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the project portfolio that evaluate service quality and operational efficiency

    + Maintain deep awareness of insurance industry trends to inform project priorities and risk management

    + Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both onshore and offshore, including external legal counsel, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals

    + Serve as a senor member of the PMO, representing the office in executive-level forums and steering committees

    What You Need to be Successful…

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

    + 10+ years' experience in project management and/or consulting

    + 3+ years' experience leading enterprise-wide, global projects

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to obtain PMP certification)

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting ;  Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

    + Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableaus, Power BI, or similar)

    + Understanding of insurance and industry processes, regulations and business drivers; Experience with BPO service delivery models

    + Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred)

    + Expertise in KPI development, measurement, and analysis to support strategic decision-making; Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms for strategic metric monitoring

    Your Compensation…

    Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $116,520 - $197,520 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
