Responsibilities:
+ Lead the ideation and vision for innovative AI/ML solutions and capabilities taking it from innovation to product
+ Lead and mentor teams on different work streams
+ Help define product strategy and roadmap; recommend the nature and scope of present and future state of the ML Platforms.
+ Work with different stakeholders in the enterprise to create shared goals and specs for AI products
+ Help the stakeholders to productionize results for AI Products
+ Transform MVPs to production grade capabilities in collaboration with engineering teams
+ Drive stakeholder alignments for a product feature
+ Take lead in filing patents and publish outcomes of research

Profile:
+ 3 years of experience post bachelors/master or 18 months of experience post PhD from reputed institutions with a degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics or Engineering.
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
+ Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
+ Ability to Integrate With Cross-Functional Business Partners Worldwide
+ Good Programming skills are a must
+ Excellent problem formulation and solving skills
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
+ Hadoop, Pyspark, SQL, Java, Scikit Learn, Git, Keras, PyTorch
+ Strong C skills with experience in designing in C
+ Advanced Statistical and machine learning techniques
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
