The Senior Business Relationship Manager (Sr. BRM) bridges IT Services North America and business units (BUs) by aligning IT initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring measurable value, and driving innovation. The Sr. BRM leads cross-BU programs, mentors BRMs, and ensures demand prioritization aligns with long-term IT roadmaps. By fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment, the Sr. BRM enables IT to be a trusted partner in achieving business goals.

As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning business goals with IT strategy while mentoring BRMs and leading cross-functional programs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring technology delivers measurable value and drives innovation across multiple business units.

Strategic Leadership & Partnership

+ Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to align IT priorities with long-term strategic goals.

+ Shape IT roadmaps that drive operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation.

+ Advocate for cybersecurity, governance, and alignment with Group IT standards.

+ Represent North America in global and regional IT initiatives, ensuring local business needs are addressed.

+ Serve as a communication bridge between IT Services and business leadership.

Mentorship & Team Leadership

+ Coach and develop BRMs to strengthen their influence and delivery capabilities.

+ Foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and consistency across the BRM team.

+ Act as an escalation point for complex business or technology challenges.

Demand & Program Management

+ Partner with BRMs and business leaders to evaluate and prioritize IT demands.

+ Lead cross-BU and Shared Services IT programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

+ Align project portfolios and resources to maximize strategic value.

Value Delivery & Continuous Improvement

+ Measure and communicate the business impact of IT investments.

+ Partner with BRMs and communication teams to showcase IT’s value across the organization.

+ Champion best practices, service quality improvements, and operational efficiencies.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced technical knowledge or certifications in key IT domains is a plus.

+ Minimum of 8 years leading cross-functional or multi-business unit initiatives within a matrixed organization. Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex relationships.

+ Strong track record mentoring and developing high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.

+ Deep understanding of the full IT ecosystem, including applications, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

+ Skilled at aligning IT demands with business roadmaps and integrating them into strategic portfolios.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes.

+ Experience driving digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives (e.g., IoT, smart manufacturing) preferred.

+ BRMP/CBRM (Business Relationship Management), ITIL, PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.

+ Fluent in English required; French proficiency a plus.

+ Up to 35% travel across the U.S. and Canada required.
