Functional Description:

Pricing is a key determinant of credit card lending profitability. The incumbent will need to carefully balance credit card loan growth, APR and write-offs to ensure long term profitability through growth in portfolio yield. To succeed in the role, the candidate needs to have a very good blend of analytical skills, process expertise, project management and relationship building.

How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

+ Optimize credit card pricing strategy for existing customers, leverage closed loop data and build comprehensive performance tracking.

+ Leverage internal and external data sources and derive insights to come up with innovative business use cases to further pricing strategy.

+ Provide thought leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Marketing, Product Lending, Finance, Compliance, and Technologies.

+ Publish key MIS and Scorecards.

+ Fully support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, escalations, customer events, etc.

+ Enhance operational excellence, understand the impact of various card & lending regulations on pricing practices to ensure compliance excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Advanced Degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science.

+ Strong collaborative/interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with strong attention to detail.

+ Project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in leading multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical business problems.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
