Summary:
We are looking for an Account/Project Manager to own multiple customers’ books of business, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide sales support. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, organized, and has the ability to be both detail-oriented and work with a sense of urgency. Someone who is proactive, shows initiative, and is excited to be empowered and included in business goals/plans will have ample opportunity for growth within the organization.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is required (1+ years strongly preferred)– retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. preferred, but office experience will be considered as well
+ Computer proficiency is required
+ Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential
ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES
+ Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency
+ Must have communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Must be organized, possess strong problem-solving skills
+ Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverance
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ OR 2 years industry experience
Working Conditions:
Conditions vary and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. May include some travel – both by car and by air.

Essential Job Functions:
+ Own and grow assigned accounts by serving as the primary contact and ensuring an exceptional, consistent customer experience.
+ Lead Industry 4.0 conversations that help customers modernize operations through connected devices, smart automation, and data-driven solutions.
+ Sell the complete Rensenhouse offering — hardware, software, services, and support — through consultative selling
+ Develop strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities, upcoming projects, and long-term customer goals.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with specialists, inside sales, operations, and purchasing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
+ Stay current on products and technology to provide credible advice, alternatives, and modernization guidance.
+ Facilitate customer forecasting and planning to ensure supply reliability and proactive inventory alignment.
+ Support marketing and customer engagement efforts such as events, trainings, and communications that strengthen customer relationships.
