    Manpower is looking for 2 Talent Acquisition Partners for client in Loveland, CO.

     

    ****5 day / week Onsite position in Loveland

    **Contract:** 2 Contract positions through May 2026

    **Department:** Talent Acquisition for Agricultural company across the U.S.

     

    Pay: $29 - $31 / hour based on experience

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced **Talent Acquisition Partner** to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering top-tier talent to support business priorities across the U.S. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving inclusive recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Champion the execution of Retail business goals by efficiently sourcing and delivering top talent.

    + Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.

    + Serve as an account manager, collaborating closely with Sourcing and other TA team members.

    + Develop and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines.

    + Coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure optimal talent selection.

    + Facilitate timely and high-quality candidate reviews and hiring activities.

    + Engage in business discussions to align talent delivery with strategic priorities.

    + Partner with HR and internal Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function.

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing, end-to-end recruitment role.

    + Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and excellent computer skills.

    + **Experience in high-volume recruitment.**

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + A passion for inclusive hiring and talent strategy.
