Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Research Associate to join their team. As a Research Associate, you will be part of the Biologics department supporting therapeutic protein production and purification. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

What’s the Job?

+ Produce and purify antibodies and therapeutic proteinsPerform cloning (Gibson assembly), DNA prep, and sequence confirmationSupport protein production via transient transfectionConduct protein characterization assays (SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, endotoxin measurement)Operate lab instruments including Vi-CELL, Octet, HPLC, and AKTA

What’s Needed?

+ Produce and purify antibodies and therapeutic proteins

+ Perform cloning (Gibson assembly), DNA prep, and sequence confirmation

+ Support protein production via transient transfection

+ Conduct protein characterization assays (SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, endotoxin measurement)

+ Operate lab instruments including Vi-CELL, Octet, HPLC, and AKTA
