Our client, a leading organization in the printing and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Indigo Customer Success Engineer to join their team. As a Indigo Customer Success Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Indigo Customer Success Engineer
Pay Range:$30.04/Hr
Contract on W2
What's the Job?
+ Deliver expert technical service by diagnosing and repairing Indigo presses to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
+ Act as the frontline technical expert, resolving complex issues and maintaining equipment reliability at customer sites.
+ Conduct onboarding and startup visits to help customers ramp up quickly and confidently.
+ Provide on-press training and coaching to enhance operator skills and optimize press capabilities.
+ Leverage advanced Artificial Intelligence and remote diagnostic tools to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and improve service delivery.
What's Needed?
+ Proven experience in technical service or support, preferably with printing or manufacturing equipment.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support customers.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Alpharetta, GA area.
