Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Team Member (Rotating Shifts)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in supporting operations and ensuring the production of high-quality products that are used in everyday life.

About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining production standards, and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.

**Position:** Machine Operator

**Location:** West Hazleton, PA

**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

Shift Schedule:

This position follows a **2-2-3 rotating schedule** , which includes both day and overnight shifts:

+ **Day Shift:** 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

+ **Overnight Shift:** 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment

+ Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

+ Respond to questions and instructions from supervisors

+ Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement

Qualifications:

+ 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

+ Basic computer skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
