About the Role

Looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist who wants **more time off** but still earn full pay? What You’ll Do

+ Prepare jobs: tool building, fixturing, material prep, and loading offsets

+ Coordinate with programmers to track job progress and suggest improvements

+ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently

+ Safely load/unload equipment and materials

+ Suggest and implement process and efficiency improvements

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines

+ Log and record readings for machined parts accurately

What You Bring

+ Prior experience in CNC or general shop operations

+ Proficiency with machine shop and quality lab tools

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Physically capable of handling workload

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
