**Duration:** 6 Months | 100% Onsite
**Pay Range:** $20/ hr to $23/ hr (On W2)
We are looking for a **“** **HR Coordinator – Benefits & Leaves/ CSR** **”** to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
Job Description
The **Customer Service II** professional will support HR Program Administration related to **Benefits and Leaves Operations** for the **U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico** . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
+ Respond to inquiries related to employee benefits and leaves.
+ Partner with external vendors to provide requested data and documentation.
+ Audit payroll data associated with benefits and leave programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Quick learner who can independently identify resources, determine next steps, and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience—both online and offline—with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and active listening.
+ Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with HR colleagues globally, translating complex information into clear and actionable responses.
+ Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving processes.
