Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing and facilities management, is seeking a US - Lead Facilities Specialist to join their team. As a US - Lead Facilities Specialist, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting global health, safety, environment, and business resilience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Lead a facilities team and oversee all aspects of facilities project management, including scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Implement and manage a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
+ Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and foster strong relationships with key vendors.
+ Coordinate project activities to minimize impact on manufacturing and testing operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
+ Provide regular updates on project status, schedule, and budget to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in project management and facilities operations.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings confidently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software tools.
+ Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architectural principles, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
