Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in printed circuit boards (PCBs), is seeking a dedicated LDI Operator to join their team. As a LDI Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** LDI Operator
**Location: Fremont** , CA
Pay Range: $22 to $26
**Shift:** Night Shift — 5 to 6 hours per day
10:00pm start time
What's the Job?
+ Operate and maintain laser imaging equipment used in PCB production.
+ Set up, load, and align production panels for laser exposure according to specifications.
+ Perform daily calibration and maintenance checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
+ Inspect imaged panels for defects or misalignment, ensuring quality standards are met.
+ Accurately record production data and maintain traceability in company systems.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
+ At least 1 year of experience in PCB manufacturing or photo imaging processes (training provided if needed).
+ Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate Windows-based applications.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and quality standards.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
