    Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager II to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager II, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Excellence team supporting organizational initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

    **Location:** Lake Forest, IL (100% Onsite)

    **Contact:** 12 Months

     

    Pay Range: $54 to $57/hr on W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear goals, structured plans, and timely delivery.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to align project objectives and drive results.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive project management reports, track KPIs, and analyze data to support senior leadership decision-making.

    + Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee change management initiatives to foster organizational growth.

    + Identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure project success through proactive problem-solving and organizational alignment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.

    + Proven experience in project management, with strong stakeholder management skills.

    + Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and prepare insightful reports.

    + Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI; familiarity with project management software and tools.
