Position Title: Field Construction Coordinator
Duration: Permanent
Salary: 95,000/yr
Job Description:
Conduct job start meetings with each Division Line Operation where pole groundline inspect & treat, wood pole restoration work, steel pole & tower inspection & repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement are being performed.
• Coordinate job starts meetings at each service center office and ensure contractor inspectors and field supervision personnel are included.
• Provide technical specifications, coordinate material ordering, and respond to any technical questions raised.
• Report hazard conditions.
• Perform quality assurance checks in the field for contractor installations of C-Trusses on Transmission and Distribution wood pole restoration of reject wood poles in each of the service areas.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in field construction coordination or similar roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in pole and tower inspections, repairs, and restoration.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (B2–C1 level).
