    Lead maintenance operations in a **state-of-the-art distribution facility utilizing industrial ammonia refrigeration systems** .

     

    You’ll own reliability, compliance, and team performance — ensuring every system runs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

     

    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Lead and develop the maintenance team — set priorities, coach, and conduct performance reviews.

    + Oversee all **ammonia refrigeration, utilities, and facility systems** , ensuring uptime and regulatory compliance.

    + Manage **EPA, OSHA, PSM, and RMP** programs related to ammonia refrigeration.

    + Plan, budget, and execute **capital improvement projects** for equipment and technology upgrades.

    + Partner cross-functionally on preventive/predictive maintenance programs, training, and scheduling.

    + Drive **root-cause analysis** and continuous improvement initiatives across utilities and refrigeration systems.

    + Monitor and control maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.

    •** **What You’ll Bring

    + **Hands-on experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems is required** (PSM/RMP environments).

    + Bachelor’s degree **or** equivalent technical experience (Engineering preferred).

    + Experience as a **Plant Engineer, Maintenance Planner, or Refrigeration Supervisor** a plus.

    + CMMS proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.

    + Proven leadership ability — motivating, training, and developing skilled maintenance teams.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Willingness to travel independently (up to 20%).
