    Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

     

    Duration: 7 months (Potential for extension)

     

    Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (Possible overtime)

     

    Pay Rate Range: $24 to $28/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for multiple stakeholders.

    + Coordinate department and team events, meetings, and programs.

    + Process purchase orders (POs), procurement requests, and equipment orders.

    + Support office operations, including financial and personnel administration.

    + Handle business expense reports and vendor relationships.

    + Assist with internal programs such as Give Month, Fix/Hack/Learn initiatives, and office relocations.

    + Serve as the department/group contact for communications and logistics.

    + Complete special projects as assigned.

    Candidate Requirements

    Disqualifiers:

    + Unwillingness to take accountability for mistakes.

    + Inability to adapt to changing processes or priorities.

    Preferred Candidate Traits:

    + Proactive problem solver.

    + Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.

    + Demonstrated experience with calendar/travel management and expense systems.

    Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills

    1. **Calendar & Travel Management Systems – Minimum 1 year experience**

    2. **Expense Reporting Tools – Minimum 1 year experience**

    3. **Budget & Headcount Management Basics – Minimum 1 year experience**
