    Contract Duration: 24 Months

     

    We are looking for an **AI Engineer** with experience in building and integrating **Conversational AI** and **Generative AI** solutions on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** . You will work on implementing **agentic AI systems** , **multi-agent orchestration** , and **real-time event-driven architectures** that power intelligent conversational experiences for enterprise and regulated industry use cases.

     

    This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development and wants to grow expertise in advanced GenAI, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI practices.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or cloud-based solutions.

    + Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Conversational AI.

    + Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.

    + Familiarity with GCP services – Vertex AI, BigTable, Pub/Sub, AlloyDB, Cloud Functions.

    + Experience with MLOps pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.

    + Basic understanding of hallucination control, RAG, and guardrail mechanisms.

    + Strong coding skills in Python (Go or Java is a plus).

    + Good understanding of Responsible AI and data governance concepts.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + GCP Conversational Agent platform with Playbooks and tooling, connectors and data sources and prompt engineering

    + Agentic AI

    + Complex orchestration with Multiple GenAI Agents using LangGraph , LangChain (with ReACT ) and LLM tooling

    + Using massive scale, low latency, real time architecture implementations: Focus on eventing and extending conversational context (Big Table, Time series, Pub/sub or Kafka

    + ML framework and MLOps experience

    + Proven experience in combating hallucination running all the time (not just 1 time exercise),

    + Implementation of guard rails, supervisor and observability with explanation/transparency for GenAI

    + Responsible AI (RAI) Implementation at scale for regulated industries like Fintech

    + Cost Optimization of GenAI solutions with hybrid solutions (deterministic versus probabilistic)

    + Integration with GCP Cloud native Microservice, event driven technology stack ( Big Table, pub/sub. alloyDB)

    + Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working on event-driven systems or streaming data architectures.

    + Exposure to fintech, healthcare, or regulated industry AI applications.

    + Knowledge of LLM optimization, cost control, and prompt performance tuning.
