Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Mailroom Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences through high-quality operations support. From managing high-volume printing and mailing tasks to troubleshooting equipment and providing reception services, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

+ Sort and deliver mail and packages within the facility.

+ Receive and manage incoming shipments.

+ Lift and move items up to **50 lbs** regularly.

+ Operate company fleet vehicles for deliveries (valid driver’s license required).

+ Support general mailroom operations and assist with related tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

+ Experience in copy/print services or related fields.

+ Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.

+ Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
