Tribute Home Care is looking for a leader of our After-Hours Support service to ensure that our clients and caregivers receive the same warmth, responsiveness, and reliability at night and on weekends as they do during the day. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, developing people, and improving how teams deliver care in a 24/7 environment.

A day in the life of a Manager of After-Hours Support
As Tribute's Manager of After-Hours Support, you'll lead the team that keeps our operations running seamlessly through nights and weekends- ensuring every call, visit, and client need is handled with the same warmth and reliability as during the day.
You'll assess what's working, refine what's not, and build systems that make the team stronger, smarter, and more connected.
This will be done by:
Innovation & System Improvement
+ Simplifying and standardizing After-Hours workflows for speed and clarity
+ Building tools, templates, and escalation paths that drive consistency
+ Using data and post-incident reviews to anticipate and prevent issues
Leadership & Team Development
+ Coaching After-Hours Support Managers (AHSMs) to strengthen judgment, communication, and accountability
+ Leading debriefs and reviews to reinforce best practices
+ Setting clear performance metrics and fostering a culture of growth and empathy
Operational Oversight & Quality Assurance
+ Tracking key metrics like response time, documentation accuracy, and escalation compliance
+ Partnering with Scheduling and Client Solutions to ensure seamless day-to-night transitions
+ Managing complex client situations with professionalism and composure
Coverage Redundancy & Crisis Management
+ Providing short-term backup when needed and ensuring clear communication in any escalation
+ Designing systems that reduce crisis response through proactive planning and smart structure
Schedule & Availability
+ Core schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 7AM EST - 3PM EST
+ Days off: Thursday and Friday
+ Flexibility: May flex hours within the same week to support early-morning or late-night triage as needed
What you need to be qualified for this position:
+ Candidates for this role must reside within a commutable distance of Tribute's Framingham, MA office for occasional trainings and company events
+ 3-7 years of experience in operations, service leadership, or a similar management role
+ Prior experience managing remote or dispersed teams
+ Background in healthcare coordination, dispatch, 24/7 call-center operations, hospice/home care administration or hospital flow management preferred
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and to model stability and patience under pressure
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
