Position Summary
The Training manager will design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives for Medicaid Appeal and Grievance by assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Training manager will apply instructional design expertise and training delivery skills to enhance trainees’ knowledge and skills, support professional development, and contribute to organizational learning.
The Training Manager defines strategy for Medicaid Appeal and Grievance programs and training that enhance employee product knowledge, skills, and performance by:
+ Controlling the development and implementation of the Medicaid Appeal and Grievance product training strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
+ Consolidating information from product knowledge and training needs assessments and identifies priorities to address knowledge gaps and support employee development.
+ Creating course content and creates learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
+ Delivering reports on product training performance data and gap analyses and recommends targeted training solutions to improve employee knowledge and productivity.
+ Communicating direction for evaluation strategies that measure the effectiveness and impact of Medicaid Appeal and Grievance training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
+ 5-7 years work experience
+ Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork
+ Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
+ Adept at business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media.
Educational background in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and/or performance consulting.
Education
Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
