    Job Description

    As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for driving vendor performance outcomes for a designated project. You will leverage your expertise in vendor management strategies—including selection, onboarding, and performance assessment—to ensure high-quality and scalable vendor operations. You will design inclusive solutions that reflect diverse user needs and uphold organizational values. You will also contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, modeling resilience, and supporting community-building initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training/certification programs.

     

    Manage vendor access and hardware requests, coordinate seat assignments, space planning, and system deployments (including VOVO setups).

     

    Conduct business reviews to summarize vendor performance and provide strategic feedback.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Training & Transition standards and capabilities.

     

    Oversee invoice and PO management, including approvals, PO structuring, and fund allocation.

     

    Set quarterly performance targets for vendors and lead performance discussions with stakeholders.

     

    Monitor and manage budgets for vendor engagements, including forecasting, spend tracking, and reporting.

     

    Define and maintain escalation processes for product-specific queries and issue resolution between vendors and internal teams.

     

    Partner with Quality Specialists or vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.

     

    Drive quality performance management through audits, readiness assessments, and QA insights.

     

    Forecast labor requirements and manage vendor scheduling to optimize productivity.

    Minimum Qualifications
