Job Description

• Content Operations Specialist This can be remote, any part of US as long as it's in the US

• The Client’s Content Marketing team is looking for a Project Manager to join the Content Operations team as a contractor.

• The Content Marketing team advises on and creates content for key go-to-market and thought leadership campaigns across digital channels—from web copy to emails to paid media ads and more.

• The Content Operations team is the backbone of the Content Marketing team, heightening efficiency, standardizing operational best practices, and facilitating data insights.

• This role will play a critical part in moving content through the editorial pipeline, ensuring easy access to data insights, and driving the continuous optimization of existing assets and processes.

• Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and process maven who thrives on solving complex challenges through innovative processes.

• They are known for their strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as their top-notch communication skills.

Responsibilities include

• Help maintain a content database of in-market assets, keeping it up to date with the latest operational and promotional activities

• Collect content performance insights for easy access, to drive content strategy and content refreshes/optimizations

• Provide software-based project management support for content creation and review using tools such as Asana, our current platform

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates and facilitating an effective feedback loop

• Always be thinking of ways we can improve our current processes and streamline or expand our operations to make the content creation and optimization engine hum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field

• 3-5 years’ experience with project management at a tech company, marketing agency, or related experience

• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, using project management software such as Asana and spreadsheet programs such as Excel

• A sharply honed eye for detail with a passion for organization and process efficiency

• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and to adjust to shifts in timelines, deadlines, and project goals

• Self-starter and faster learner with strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment

**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
