Job Title: Patient Recruitment AssociateJob Description
As a Patient Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for screening potential study participants to determine their suitability for clinical trials. Your role will involve managing patient information in the CTMS system, scheduling appointments, and maintaining up-to-date records. You will also attend study-related training to ensure a thorough understanding of study protocols and meet daily recruitment targets through effective communication and outreach.
Responsibilities
+ Screen potential study participants using a telescreen questionnaire.
+ Review, enter, and edit patient information in the CTMS system accurately.
+ Schedule and update patient appointments in the CTMS.
+ Attend all study-related training and ensure knowledge of study protocols.
+ Achieve daily recruitment targets, including calls, pre-screens, and timely lead follow-ups.
+ Identify suitable study opportunities for volunteers based on clinical trial knowledge.
+ Communicate the importance of research participation and study details to volunteers.
+ Provide an exceptional patient experience by building positive rapport and consistent follow-up.
+ Strive to meet personal and team targets.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality in all forms, including electronic, written, and verbal.
+ Deliver high-quality, accurate work, ensuring all administration is filed accordingly.
+ Organize workload to ensure effective delivery of tasks and projects.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in patient recruitment and clinical research.
+ Recent experience as a Patient Recruitment Associate/Assistant/Specialist.
+ Skills in sales, call center operations, and customer service.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
+ Proactive, flexible, and able to multi-task.
+ Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in marketing or sales is an asset.
+ Ability to think creatively for marketing and research promotion.
+ Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
+ Basic understanding of medical terminology is helpful.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with standard working hours of 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM EST. The role involves shift and weekend work.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
