We are seeking a meticulous Documentation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry and ensuring the accuracy of documentation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our data records.
Responsibilities
+ Source documents and enter data in specific data fields using computer and input accessories.
+ Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
+ Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
+ Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
+ Examine samples for accuracy and ensure they meet other requirements.
+ Adhere to all quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.
+ Work closely and communicate with personnel to complete daily activities efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong documentation skills.
+ Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
Work Environment
You will work in a professional office setting, utilizing computer equipment and standard office software. The role requires adherence to quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
