We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer with a strong background in Quality Management. This role involves leading certification processes, managing documentation, and maintaining quality management programs. The Quality Engineer will play a critical role in developing and implementing quality systems to meet industry standards, particularly within the medical device field.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the planning and execution of certification activities.
+ Develop and implement quality system procedures, work instructions, and forms.
+ Conduct gap analysis and internal audits to assess readiness for certification.
+ Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
+ Train staff on requirements and quality system processes.
+ Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance, and risk management documentation.
+ Interface with external auditors and certification bodies.
+ Support validation and verification documentation for new and existing products.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in quality engineering and quality management systems.
+ Knowledge of ISO standards and medical device regulations.
+ Proficiency in quality documentation and audit processes.
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with leading high-impact certification initiatives.
+ Strong communication and training skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
