Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our client’s dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and is passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare needs.
**Location:** Onsite –Cary, NC
**Pay Rate:** $20.40/hr. (based on experience)
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, handling non-clinical inquiries such as prescription status and financial information
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure smooth communication between departments
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing refill needs, verifying insurance, and answering patient questions
• Route calls to pharmacists or nurses when clinical support is needed
• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinical teams
• Perform additional administrative or communication-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience required
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM with accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for daily operations
• Excellent multitasking and active listening skills
• Reliable transportation to work onsite, Monday through Friday
