    + High School Diploma or GED

    + At least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience

    + Experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    + Strong computer and technical skills

    + Experience handling multi-line phone systems

    + Accurate and efficient data entry skills

    + Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions
