Credit Quality Analyst

Adecco is seeking an individual to join the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) & Derivative Core Operations (FDCO) team as a Credit Quality Analyst. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing, maintaining strong risk management, and supporting the complex Credit Derivatives business. You will be at the forefront of operational support, dealing with exception management, trade reconciliation, and engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
+ Pay Rate: $32.00/hr
+ Shift: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
+ Execute trade exception resolution and perform system break analysis and resolution.
+ Manage life cycle events, including allocation support and/or novation management.
+ Timely response to client queries regarding trade settlement.
+ Support new products and activities for the credit business.
+ Liaise with internal teams (Front Office, Technology, Controllers, etc.) on break resolution.
+ Respond to ad hoc queries from traders, sales teams, and clients.
+ Liaise with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting
+ Highlight any collateral deficiencies.
+ Manage and execute clearing controls.
+ Produce and analyze detailed reporting, with a heavy focus on monitoring controls.
Qualifications:
+ Strong Derivatives background with knowledge of trade derivatives.
+ Knowledge of corporate loans.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Must be client-focused with a proven track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience.
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and connect within a matrix work environment.
+ Must be detail-oriented with a significant control and risk management mindset.
+ Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with a wide user group across multiple functions.

**Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
