    Main Responsibilities

    + Develop detailed BIM models for electrical systems (power distribution, lighting systems) based on design documents and laser scan data.

    + Import, process, and model frompoint cloudsobtained throughlaser scanningfor accurate as-built conditions and retrofit work.

    + Update and maintain electrical BIM models in line with design revisions and project requirements.

    + Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines within a BIM environment.

    + Adhere to BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

    + Generate 2D documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the BIM models.

    + Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.

    + Work closely with BIM Managers and electrical engineers to ensure compliance and accuracy.

     

    Qualification

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree is a must

    Experience:

    5+ years of experience

    Language Requirements:

    Arabic & English is a plus
