Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Roslyn, New York. In this role, you will oversee the effective management and optimization of Yardi systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical teams to drive system improvements and support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the buildout and enhancement of Yardi systems, including the creation of customized reports and functionality.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all users and business operations within the organization.

• Collaborate with the in-house Data Systems Manager and external IT vendors to address system and infrastructure requirements.

• Provide technical support for system setups, including workstations, Wi-Fi configurations, and software rollouts.

• Offer system assistance to portfolio offices across multiple locations, with occasional reimbursed travel.

• Identify and implement process improvements through technology-driven initiatives in collaboration with leadership.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational stability and efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business systems management or administration.

• Advanced proficiency with Yardi systems is required.

• Strong understanding of business systems, data integrity, and reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

• Industry experience in real estate is strongly preferred; familiarity with affordable housing is a significant advantage.

• Ability to work on-site approximately 90% of the time, with occasional travel between locations.
