As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a key strategic partner, driving alignment across the EORM senior leadership team. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the coordination of strategic initiatives, manage department updates, and oversee project and change management activities. You will develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes that enable seamless execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all leadership priorities.
Overview:
+ **Act as the primary liaison to EORM leadership** , driving strategic planning, managing the strategic initiative portfolio, and delivering clear progress updates to ensure alignment and accountability.
+ **Establish and standardize project management practices across EORM** , introducing robust tools, templates, and upskilling programs to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent project success.
+ **Lead the development of an executive-level view of EORM’s AI use cases** , crafting a compelling change strategy that accelerates adoption of Schwab-approved AI tools and promotes innovative ways of working.
+ **Serve as the change leader for strategic initiatives** , designing and executing change plans that foster adoption, streamline processes, and improve risk assessment capabilities.
+ **Pilot a scalable working group model for the Change Initiative Operating Model** , enabling cross-functional collaboration and faster decision-making.
+ **Champion transparency and engagement through listening tours and open feedback loops** , strengthening partnerships across the three lines of defense and driving continuous improvement.
What you have

Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of risk management experience in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent).
+ Demonstrates strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail while managing complex, interdependent initiatives.
+ Proven success cultivating trusted and collaborative relationships across the organization.
+ Skilled at communicating with clarity and confidence, delivering polished, executive-level presentations that drive alignment and decision-making.
+ Previous history of influencing diverse audiences through subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and executive presence.
+ Experience championing risk management best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive compliance.
+ Strengths in strategic planning and process adoption, designing scalable frameworks and approaches to meet evolving business requirements.
+ Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, embracing new methodologies to optimize operations and enhance quality.
+ Capable of translating complex data and insights into clear, actionable executive summaries
+ Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for compelling visual storytelling.
+ Exhibits exceptional organizational and process development skills, with a relentless focus on eliminating inefficiencies.
+ Successful history of building and nurturing authentic relationships across teams and external partners to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and strengthen collaboration.
