Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Fresno, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate employee onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.

• Administer and maintain HR systems, including payroll, time tracking, and compliance tools.

• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility for new hires.

• Monitor and manage time cards, entries, and sheets to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

• Collaborate with team members to address HR-related inquiries and provide timely support.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws through regular audits and updates.

• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases as needed.

• Support HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational efficiency.

• Coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff.

• Generate reports and provide insights on HR metrics and performance trends. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.

• Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and employment compliance regulations.

• Familiarity with time tracking systems, including managing time cards and entries.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
