    Project Manager | Hybrid | $75-90K + Full Benefits Package

     

    This position will take ownership of commercial construction projects from start to finish—bidding, planning, execution, and closeout. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing leadership and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be empowered to make key decisions, manage budgets, and ensure each project is completed on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and schedule.

    + Act as the main client liaison, providing consistent communication and updates throughout each phase.

    + Develop comprehensive project schedules, identifying milestones and critical deliverables.

    + Prepare bids, budgets, and proposals for review by senior leadership.

    + Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, material procurement, and equipment scheduling.

    + Manage project financials including estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability reporting.

    + Review and markup construction drawings and documents, ensuring accuracy and effective coordination across project teams and stakeholders.

    + Maintain organized project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking, to support clear communication and successful project delivery.

    + Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project standards.

    + Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    + Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

    + 3-6+ years of project manager experience within a commercial construction environment.

    + Proven success managing commercial construction projects from bid through closeout.

    + Strong understanding of construction contracts, codes, and blueprints.

    + Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and P& L accountability.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + The targeted salary range for this position is $75-90K, full benefits package (medical, dental vision)
