Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work, and provides flexibility for experienced candidates. The role will focus on driving sales efforts and supporting the team in identifying and engaging potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through cold calling and other communication methods to generate leads.

• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales representatives to advance sales opportunities.

• Analyze client feedback and provide strategic insights to improve outreach and campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using relevant software tools.

• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored sales strategies for B2B clients.

• Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials to support client engagement.

• Participate in virtual meetings via Zoom to communicate updates and share progress with the team. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Zoom.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

• Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging with high-level professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
